EOH is a dynamic and energetic event with high visitor turnout. It is a unique opportunity for sponsors to showcase their technologies. We have two kinds of sponsorship packages:
On-Site Package
We offer attractive placement options for our sponsors in areas of high visitor traffic. These placement options are display areas where exhibit technologies can be placed to be demonstrated and explained to visitors by Sponsor Representatives.
We offer both breakfast and lunch during both days to our sponsors. After a highly charged day, we then head for an exclusive corporate dinner. Sponsor Representatives kick back, reflect on the event and interact with some of the student organizers of the event. It is also a great opportunity to network with other Sponsor Representatives.
We also provide advertising options within the On-Site package itself (see Publicity Package below for included advertising).
Publicity Package
Sponsors who choose this package will receive various
advertising options which will expose the visitor communities to companies which seek to
increase brand value and recognition amongst engineering talent at the University. It also displays the Sponsor’s commitment to support math and science at high school by sparking curiosity in our young visitor community.
Some of our options include:
• T-shirt logos (purchased by visitors and students)
• Printed (Posters, Fliers, etc.) and Digital (Website Advertising) Material
• Visitor Guides Advertising
• Mailing to Students
